CARING MINDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC is seeking Paid Family Providers in Arizona for the DDD program. Join a mission-driven team delivering in-home care and compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Positions offer a flexible schedule, paid training including CPR and First Aid, and a pathway to meaningful work in a community-based setting. Compensation is hourly and in-person engagements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must live in Arizona.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
• Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you).
• Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting.

About the Role:

Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to become Paid Providers for someone enrolled in the DDD system. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while earning income with aflexible schedule that works around your availability.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting. If you are not yet confirmed, we will help guide you through the process.

Start Date:You can begin workingas soon as training is completed, and your DDD provider's status is confirmed.
