Job summary

Service Corporation International (SCI) is seeking a dedicated team member in Honolulu to assist Family Service Counselors with interment verifications, memorials, and client communications. The role involves building at-need charts and verifying files to ensure accurate, timely processes in sensitive family events.

Responsibilities include designing memorials, coordinating follow-up visits, and supporting funeral-home interactions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification: Certified in all processes and procedures as it relates to the family service guidebook, interment verification, blind check (I.R.L.A., IOA, etc.)
• Experience: None
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with associates, contractor personnel and client families
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to work productively with minimal supervision; achieves work objectives in a timely manner

Compensation:

Salary: $17.00/hr.- $22.00/hr. An individual’s pay within the scale is based on several factors that may include one or more of the following: background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education and work location.
