Merakey is seeking a Family Based Case Manager to join our Child and Family Services team in Warminster, PA, covering Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Earn $25.22/hour with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support families and children in home and community settings.

The role involves coordinating with schools, physicians, and service providers, and traveling to client homes to deliver services. Merakey is a nonprofit focused on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline or a bachelor's degree with 12 credits in counseling or psychology.
• One year of experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment services to families, including skills training and education to enable home care for mentally ill or emotionally disturbed children.
• Maintain regular communication with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Travel to clients' homes and community resources to arrange and deliver home-based services for children and families.
