Job summary

Merakey in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Family Based Case Manager/co-Therapist to join our Child and Family Services team in our Kennett Square, PA office. You will provide treatment services to families, coordinating with schools and other providers to support children in need.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with travel to homes and community resources to deliver home-based services for children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline, or a bachelor's with 12 credits in counseling/psychology.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation is preferred.
• A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment services to families including skills training and education.
• Maintains regular communication with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Travels to client\'s homes, other agencies, and community resources for home-based services for children, adolescents, and families.
• Works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families on caseload.
