Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Family Based Case Manager to join our Child and Family Services team in Warminster, PA, covering Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The role includes home visits, collaboration with schools and providers, and flexible hours to support families with children in care.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.22, with opportunities to impact families and work-life balance in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related discipline or a bachelor’s degree with 12 credits in counseling/psychology.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children or adolescents.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
