Community Law Group PLLC in Nashville is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to advocate for clients in Family Law and Criminal Defense. You will manage cases from consultation to resolution, building trusted relationships within the community while delivering high-quality legal representation.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee law license (required)
• Minimum of 4–5 years of Family Law experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, mediation, legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Strategic thinking and sound legal judgment

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Family Law and Criminal Defense matters and build trusted community relationships
• Manage cases from consultation through resolution and advocate in and out of court
• Contribute to firm growth through effective client consultations and case management
• Build and manage a successful caseload in Family Law

As an Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in Family Law and Criminal Defense matters while building trusted relationships within the community.

You will manage cases from consultation through resolution, advocate for clients both in and out of court, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Tennessee law license
• Minimum of 4-5 years of Family Law experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, mediation, legal research, and legal writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strategic thinking and sound legal judgment

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience serving multicultural or immigrant communities
• Experience mentoring junior legal professionals
• Passion for community-centered legal advocacy
