Location

Knoxville, Tennessee area. Hybrid flexibility is available for attorneys who can regularly meet with clients and collaborate with the team in person.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and have at least 3+ years of family law experience. Attorneys with 5+ years of family law experience are strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters.
• Handle cases involving divorce, custody, support, and related litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Advise and communicate with clients throughout the legal process.
• Participate in mediation and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Prepare cases for hearings and trial.
• Manage consultations and maintain strong client conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships and business development efforts.
• Attend networking and community events to expand professional visibility.
• Collaborate with support staff to maximize efficiency and client service.
• Contribute to personal and firm branding through community involvement and professional engagement.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Bar license.
