A busy Falls Church, VA family is seeking a reliable Family Assistant for weekday afternoons (Mon-Fri, 2:30-7:00 PM) with occasional overnight care when parents travel. You’ll drive the kids to activities, help with homework, prepare snacks or meals, and keep the home organized. Light housekeeping and errands are included. Paid time off is offered.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and trustworthy with school-age children, using good judgment and initiative.

We're a busy dual-career family with two wonderful children (10 & 13) looking for a dependable Family Assistant to become a valued part of our household.Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 2:30-7:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional schedule changes and overnight care when both parents travel for work. We offer paid time off.Responsibilities include school pickup, driving to activities, helping keep the kids on track with homework, projects and chores, preparing dinner, laundry, dishes, and keeping the household organized.Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, highly reliable, experienced with school-age children, and uses good judgment and initiative.
