We're a busy family of six in Gaithersburg seeking a reliable, proactive part-time family assistant to help with our four children (preschool through middle school) and household routines.Ideally Mon/Wed, 1–5 PM, starting in November. Flexible for the right person, with occasional extra hours, evenings, weekends, or travel-related childcare.Duties include childcare, homework help, meals/snacks, laundry, dishes, playroom organization, light housekeeping, errands, and occasional driving.Must have reliable transportation, experience with multiple children, references, and be comfortable with our two small dogs. Seeking someone organized, warm, and dependentfor a long-term role!
