Nanny/Family Assistant Part Time

Park Slope, Brooklyn

A family of five, in Park Slope, needs to hire a part-time live-in or live-out Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for three school-aged children. Responsibilities include: school pick up and drop offs, helping to manage the children’s social life including cultural events, playdates, and outings, helping with homework, preparing nutritious meals, and helping them keep their spaces clean and tidy. All candidates must drive. The position offers Sundays and Mondays off and the schedule is usually 7-9 am weekdays with a break and Tuesday returning for 3-6 pm, Wednesday returning 4-9 pm, Thursday 3-9 pm, and Friday 3-6 pm. Saturday hours are between 1-10 pm. Candidates must be flexible to work full days on school vacations/summer and potential sick days. For live-in candidates, a separate apartment will be provided. Compensation is between $35-$50 hr. Immediate start.
