Family Assistant and Household Manager position available for a family of 3 in Seattle. Father with 2 school-aged children (10 and 12 years old) needs support coordinating the daily household and extracurricular needs for the family. When children are in residence the schedule is constantly evolving so a high degree of flexibility and organization will be key.

• The kids split their time 50/50 with their mother
• Family travels often in the summer and kids attend sleep away camp
• Kids have many after school activities and events during the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Childcare support when father has a competing schedule
• Coordinate transportation needs for children with driver
• Manage household vendors, maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate meals with outside services and chefs
• Manage inventories and purchasing for all household goods, groceries, and children's clothing
• Facilitate and support children's transition between homes
• Oversee children's laundry, daily tidying, and supporting housekeeping team
• No task too big/too small mentality
• 2-3 years in similar role required

• 2 weeks paid vacation with added flexibility in the summer
