Qualifications

• One year of direct care experience or supervised practice preferred.

• Availability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and direct support.
• Assess needs and develop individualized service and intervention plans.
• Coordinate services across child welfare, juvenile justice, and community systems.
• Monitor progress and ensure court and probation compliance.
• Complete intakes within 24 hours of assignment.
• Transport clients as needed.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
