• Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 12 to 16-week rotation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
• Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.
• Build professional relationships across various departments.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to: Engineering, Quality, Operations Leadership.
