Lincoln Electric’s Euclid, OH location invites engineering students to join the Engineering Fall 2027 Co-op Program. This internship connects academic knowledge with real-world manufacturing and engineering leadership opportunities, including hands-on design and testing in a world-class environment.

You'll work on machine or system design, create detailed specs, test prototypes, and contribute to quality control while learning through mentorship and workshops, with potential full-time

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or has a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Machine or system design and development.
• Create detailed design specifications, manufacturing instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Test prototype equipment and analyze results.
• Execute quality control processes to resolve production problems.
• Develop new consumables through applied research.
• Assist in designing and implementing safety mechanisms and controls for industrial machinery.
