Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in New Brighton, MN is seeking a Fall Cleanup Crew Member to help prepare commercial and residential properties for winter. You’ll work outdoors, stay active all day, and contribute as part of a hands‑on crew focused on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include removing leaves and debris, operating backpack blowers and basic equipment, loading and unloading materials, and performing general cleanup and landscape tasks.

Qualifications

• Outdoor, physically capable and willing to work in all Minnesota weather.
• Reliable, hardworking team member who shows up ready to work.
• Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus for some roles.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking fall cleanup Crew Members to join our landscaping and snow removal team. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and staying active throughout the day. As part of our fall cleanup crew, you’ll work alongside a team to prepare commercial and residential properties for winter. No two days are exactly alike, and you’ll be part of the hands‑on work that gets our customers’ properties looking clean, safe, and ready for the season ahead.

What You’ll Do

• Remove leaves, branches, and other seasonal debris from properties.

• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus for some positions
