Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of college, or ParaPro test with 1 year of classroom experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Currently working in SCS as an Educational Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist fall teachers in maintaining an organized, smoothly functioning classroom.
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom for activities.
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, field trips and meals.
• Record attendance, assist with grading and tests, and manage records.
• Support students with special needs and assist with daily living activities.
