As an Associate Attorney, you will handle cases at all levels of complexity, draft pleadings and reports, negotiate settlements, and participate in depositions and WCAB appearances with mentorship from senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• 3L law student or recent graduate; Fall 2027 start preferred.
• Interest in workers’ compensation defense and California state practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions and appear at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and reports for case progression.
