Job summary

Hanna Brophy, a legacy firm with a modern culture, invites 3L law students and recent graduates to start in Fall 2027. After Bar results, associates may be considered for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• 3L law student or recent graduate to start Fall 2027.
• Experience handling client communications is preferred.
• Ability to develop case strategies and manage litigation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions and appear at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity.
• Communicate with clients effectively and timely.
• Develop strategies for efficient resolution of cases.
• Draft pleadings and reports; handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.

The Firm is looking for 3L Law Students and recent graduates to start in the Fall 2027. We are currently hiring across the firm. Once Bar Exam results are received, each Law Clerk will be considered for a full-time Associate Attorney position within the firm.

In addition to taking depositions and making appearances at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, as an Associate Attorney you will:

• Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity
• Communicate with clients
• Develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases
• Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liens
• Draft pleadings and reports
• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation
