Qualifications

• Currently a 3L law student or a recent graduate; intended start Fall 2027.
• Bar exam results pending and will influence progression to a full-time Associate position.

Responsabilités

• Take depositions and appear at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity.
• Communicate with clients.
• Develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases.
• Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liens.
• Draft pleadings and reports.
• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
