Responsibilities

• Take depositions and appear before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Assume responsibility for cases at various levels of complexity after Bar results.
• Communicate with clients and develop strategies for efficient case resolution.
• Draft pleadings and reports; handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
