Housing and relocation support is available for eligible students. The program runs Aug 16, 2027 – Dec 10, 2027, with opportunities to network with leaders and attend professional development sessions, setting the stage for leadership

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations.
• Graduation date May 2028 or later.
• GPA >= 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Willing to explore all sides of the Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Materials, Lean, Distribution).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas.
• Demonstrate analytical problem-solving approaches.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attend feedback sessions with your assignment leader.
