Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves independently planning and providing nursing care to patients as per physician orders. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with an unencumbered RN license in Georgia and hold BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN degree and additional life support certifications. Working hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications preferred.
• Visual color acuity may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

The Northside Hospital Staff Registered Professional Nurse manages patient care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Northside Hospital. Qualifications

REQUIRED
