Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Propulsion Engineer (Falcon Flight Operations) to drive propulsion hardware reliability and rapid reusability. You will support build, test, integration, and flight campaigns for Merlin engines and Stage Propulsion hardware across multiple facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 1+ years with engines or fluid systems, plus strong analytical and programming capabilities (Python, Git). Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 1+ years of experience with engines or fluid systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Falcon propulsion systems.
• Make critical decisions for Merlin and Stage Propulsion hardware.
• Define and validate acceptance and operational requirements for reliability and rapid reuse.
• Support test and launch operations across company facilities.
