Job summary

Thrivent Financial advisor in Michigan is seeking motivated individuals to build a personal financial practice helping clients achieve clarity and generosity. Receive up to 14 weeks of training to obtain state licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66, and Thrivent's onboarding program.

After onboarding, compensation is commission- and incentive-based with income potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable, and achievable financial advice and connect clients with Thrivent products.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships based on trust across communities.
• Schedule client appointments and deliver financial workshops, marketing your practice.
