On onboarding, you'll train while obtaining life, health and variable licenses, with support from business development, marketing and technology teams. Income is commission-based with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses for licensed role before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and securities and/or insurance licensing verification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver financial workshops and market your practice.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and collaborate with specialists to build your business.
