Thrivent Financial invites you to join a purpose-driven advisory team helping clients build financial clarity and well-being. As a Thrivent financial advisor, you will guide clients in investments, insurance and banking while serving communities with integrity and generosity.

You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, training and ongoing support, with flexible scheduling and a compensation model based on commissions and incentives, designed to reward success and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with trust and understanding.
• Set client appointments and market workshops to grow your practice.
• Work with a collaborative team to support your business and growth goals.
