Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel in public school classrooms and effectively teach the LifeWise curriculum. The ideal candidate participates actively in a local church and communicates well with students and school staff.

You will complete required training, teach using LifeWise materials, maintain class records, and engage with students through relational and redemptive teaching approaches.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active participation in a local church and alignment with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and build relationships with students.
• Maintain attendance records, class rosters, and health notes as needed.
