Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel in a classroom setting with public school students in Ohio. The role requires active church participation, excellent communication, and a caring, perceptive approach to teaching children.

The ideal candidate will complete LifeWise certification, participate in annual events, and maintain records and a well-ordered classroom. Training and relational outreach are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy beliefs.
• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and certification within 30 days of start date.
• Teach LifeWise classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum adaptations.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly.
