Job summary

Mount Hermon Association, Inc. seeks Camp Counselors to model Christian discipleship, mentor campers, and ensure safety during activities. You will lead Bible studies, engage in outdoor and adventure programs, and help maintain clean living areas at the camp.

Qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification, a year of college experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license with clean record. Onsite housing and season rotation duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of college experience preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Live with and lead approx. 7-8 campers each week.
• Lead small group Bible studies and guide spiritual growth.
• Oversee adventure, recreation, and guiding activities with enthusiasm.
• Ensure camper safety at all times and attend staff meetings.
• Participate in housekeeping, kitchen duties, and rotation chores.
• Ride the transportation bus as a weekend chaperone.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
