Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha East/Council Bluffs is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver superior guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle requests with poise, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor.

Your responsibilities include multitasking across reservations, payments, and guest interactions while maintaining smooth operations at the front desk. A high school diploma and familiarity with hotel systems are preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
