Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana is seeking a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator to lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for full-time and adjunct faculty. Reporting to Academic Affairs leadership, this role implements strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality faculty across the college.

This grant-funded position supports multiple departments and partners with Educational Technology to ensure effective LMS onboarding and ongoing faculty development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supporting faculty, staff, or academic programs.
• Experience in higher education and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of full-time and adjunct faculty.
• Support onboarding processes and integrate new faculty into campus community.
• Maintain digital records per campus and Systems Office.
• Coordinate with LMS onboarding and training with Educational Technology.
• Assist with credential documentation and professional development activities.
