Position: Faculty Position – BE/BC Intensivist
The Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE) surgical intensivist to join our faculty. Opportunities for clinicians, clinician-educators, and clinician-scientists are available.
The Department of Critical Care Medicine is one of the few stand-alone academic departments focusing on critical care in the US. Alongside UPMC, faculty provide services to critically ill patients across 30+ hospitals. Research activities are supported by over $20 million in NIH funding and two T32 training grants.
Primary appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Surgery. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
