Faculty teach across medical surgical andspecialties in theory, lab and clinical in the Associate DegreeNursing Program. Other related faculty responsibilities may be performed as required.
Master of Science in Nursing; current Illinois Registered.Professional Nurse (RN) licensure; 2 years clinical nursingexperience with at least one year in area of specialty; strongfoundation in evidence-based teaching or clinical practice.Expertise in appropriate technologies for instruction. Ability towork during the day and/or evenings. Ability to run simulation andexperience in operating high-fidelity and low-fidelitymannequins.

Bilingual in English and Spanish; 1 year experience teaching;recent clinical nursing experience. Experience at a communitycollege. Experience with traditional and non-traditionalstudents from diverse backgrounds.
