Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the space and facilities management team supporting a shared-services model for 14 locations comprising 315,000 square feet.
• Supervise subordinate staff and contractors to meet academic, administrative, clinical, and research program needs.
• Monitor expenditures to operate within approved budgets and maintain compliance with policies and accrediting standards.
• Coordinate with university departments and vendors to ensure timely completion of programs and projects; oversee security, access, space, and inventory management.
• Demonstrate independent judgment in facility operations and emergency preparedness across the portfolio.
