Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in faculty development program implementation or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Two years general office work, preferably in an educational setting, including experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
• Ability to effectively interact with the public, students, faculty, and staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Experience with on-line conference and meeting applications (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and Qualtrics programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functions within the Center for Excellence in Medical Education.
• Coordinate speakers and advertise programs.
• Oversee and coordinate registrations for CEME programs.
• Develop and write online modules for faculty development.
• Coordinate website updates for CEME programs.
