Job summary

The Michigan State University College of Human Medicine seeks a Senior Administrative Associate to lead the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development. You will shape college-wide faculty development programs and oversee the execution of faculty affairs initiatives in partnership with the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in faculty affairs, academic administration, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for development and implementation of college-wide faculty affairs and faculty development programs.
• Supervise FAD staff and lead programs and committees.
• Develop policies, procedures, and operational improvements; monitor metrics and dashboards.
• Represent the College in regional and national professional organizations; collaborate with chairs, administrators, and partners.
