Grow Clinton is seeking a Dean of Health Programs to oversee teaching and assess learning outcomes within their programs. Responsible for teaching courses and assessing learning outcomes in assigned discipline. Assignments may include alternative delivery methods, evening courses, and multiple sites. Must demonstrate excellence in teaching and service. Must demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the community college.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This would require the ability to lift roughly 50 lbs, textbooks, and student work, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Prolonged periods walking, standing and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Requires the ability to sit or stand in a classroom during extended instructional periods.
