Stanford Graduate School of Business is seeking a Faculty Assistant II to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our world‑class faculty, enabling teaching, research, and innovation.
Responsibilities include preparing course readers and materials, assisting with research papers and correspondences, managing P‑Card transactions and expense reports, updating class webpages, and coordinating travel reimbursements and planning, while supporting teammates as needed.

The Faculty Support team at the Stanford Graduate School of Business is a dedicated group of professionals committed to ensuring our world-class faculty have everything they need to teach, research, and innovate at the highest level. We are currently looking for a talented Faculty Assistant II to join our team and contribute to the mission.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across a wide range of faculty needs, from classroom preparation to research assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course readers, class materials, research papers, and correspondences, as well as managing P-Card transactions and expense reports. You’ll maintain and update class-integrated webpages, handle domestic and international travel reimbursements and planning in a timely manner, and step in to support fellow team members when needed.
