The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Colorado is seeking a Faculty Affairs Lead to oversee onboarding, credentialing, and promotion cycles within the Department of Psychiatry. You will manage databases and coordinate with UCHealth, CHCO, and CU Medicine while guiding the Faculty Affairs team in daily operations.

You will lead annual processes, work with HR partners, and provide expert guidance on faculty lifecycle events, ensuring excellent service to five divisions in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, business, higher education administration, social sciences, behavioral sciences or a related field.
• 2 years of related professional experience (Human Resources, Faculty Affairs, or recruitment).
• 3-5 years of related professional experience (Faculty Affairs, Human Resources, recruitment).
• Experience with University of Colorado Faculty Affairs processes.
• Experience with FA systems including PRiSM, FIMS, Salesforce, Interfolio.
• Experience partnering with senior faculty leadership.

Responsabilités

• Organize onboarding and credentialing packets to UCHealth, CHCO, and CU Medicine.
• Maintain internal HR databases and coordinate with payroll partners.
• Lead promotions and career review processes (Annual and Early Career).
• Maintain and utilize promotions database with FIMS, Interfolio, and PRiSM.
• Lead Faculty Affairs meetings and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR program manager and manager to advance departmental goals.
