Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Faculty Affairs Lead (Open Rank Senior to Principal Professional) to run the day-to-day Faculty Affairs operations in the Department of Psychiatry. The role covers onboarding, credentialing, promotions, and annual cycles, with collaboration across HR and external partners.

You will manage databases (OnBase, Salesforce, Smartsheet, FIMS), lead weekly Faculty Affairs meetings, and align with HR goals for optimal service to five divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years related professional experience (HR, Faculty Affairs, or recruitment).
• Principal Professional requires 3-5 years related professional experience in Faculty Affairs or HR.

Responsibilities

• Organize onboarding in internal process tracking system and submit Letters of Offers and Credentialing packets.
• Maintain internal database in collaboration with HR partners.
• Facilitate communications and timelines to payroll partners.
• Oversee annual Promotions Process, Early Career Review Process, and transition to Assistant Professor process.
• Maintain promotions database with FIMS, Interfolio, and PRiSM.
• Lead and organize Faculty Affairs Meetings.
• Pursue process improvements in line with HR goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
