Behind the scenes, you’ll direct cross-functional teams across the US, Germany, and global engineering centers to build winning proposals, negotiate complex commercial contracts, and brief executive leadership on critical deals.

  • Build and nurture executive sponsorships and long-term customer relationships.
  • Represent Siemens Energy as a subject matter expert at industry trade shows and events.

Proposals:

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal creation process, driving technical solution architecture and commercial pricing strategy.
  • Navigate and secure required internal executive risk and governance approvals for all active proposals.
  • Lead customer-facing proposal presentations and technical defense meetings.
  • Direct contract negotiations by aligning objectives across Siemens Energy management, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders.
  • Execute seamless project handoffs to operational teams upon contract award.

  • Executive-level verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and on occasion internationally.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Current Siemens Energy employees on active visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfer.
