Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri is seeking an experienced Training Lead to drive site training execution and capability development for manufacturing operations. You will manage training processes and systems, partner with site leaders and HR to implement solutions, and lead Trainers and Training Coordinators daily to ensure program effectiveness.

The role requires strong knowledge of adult learning, Lean/TPM, and cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of delivering measurable training impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles in manufacturing or operations settings.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, Lean, or similar capability-building systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Experience using learning systems, digital tools, and training data to manage capability development and measure effectiveness.
• Strong project management, organization, and change support skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and levels.
