Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Training Supervisor to manage day-to-day training at our Salem, NH site, delivering onboarding, technical, safety, and compliance instruction to production staff.

You will coordinate curricula, schedules, and audits with the Training & Development Manager, support LMS use, maintain training records, coach certified trainers, and partner with Quality, Operations, and HR to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in training, onboarding, production support, or related roles (2–4 years).
  • Familiarity with OSHA and safety/compliance training requirements.
  • Experience using or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding, job-specific, technical, and safety training for employees at the assigned site.
  • Execute training plans, curricula, and schedules established by the Training & Development Manager.
  • Maintain the site training calendar and coordinate training sessions with department leaders.
  • Support and coach certified trainers within each production area to ensure consistent and effective instruction.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, work aids, assessments, and job-specific content.
  • Coordinate materials, logistics, and set-up for customer or external training when requested.
  • Oversee the site’s internal auditors, ensuring audits are completed accurately and on time, and according to procedures.
  • Coordinate updates to training materials, SOPs, and work instructions in partnership with the documentation team.

Job DescriptionSummaryThe Training Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day training operations for a single site, ensuring employees receive effective onboarding, technical, safety, and compliance training. This role supports the implementation of company training programs, facilitates training sessions, maintains accurate training records, and provides daily oversight of the site’s internal audit team. The Training Supervisor works closely with production, quality, safety, and HR teams to ensure training activities meet operational, quality, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate onboarding, job‑specific, technical, and safety training for employees at the assigned site.Execute training plans, curricula, and schedules established by the Training & Development Manager.Maintain the site training calendar and coordinate training sessions with department leaders.Support and coach certified trainers within each production area to ensure consistent and effective instruction.Assist in developing and updating training materials, work aids, assessments, and job‑specific content.Customer & External TrainingCoordinate materials, logistics, and set‑up for customer or external training when requested.Ensure customer‑facing training content used on-site is current and approved.Documentation & Audit OversightOversee the site’s internal auditors, ensuring audits are completed accurately, on time, and according to established procedures.Partner with auditors, Quality, and Operations to gather documentation, support audit execution, and assist in addressing audit findings.Coordinate updates to training materials, SOPs, and work instructions in partnership with the documentation team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Training, Education, HR, Industrial Management, or related field — or equivalent experience2–4 years of experience in training, onboarding, production support, or related roles, ideally in manufacturing or automotive.Familiarity with OSHA and safety/compliance training requirements.Experience using or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS).Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and recordkeeping skills.Ability to coach others and collaborate across production, quality, and safety.
