Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a results-driven General Manager for our Factory Store in Medford, Oregon. The GM will oversee retail/wholesale sales, production, installation, customer service, safety, HR, and accounting to run the store profitably.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience, and a track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting. You’ll report to the Regional VP and wear multiple hats to drive success.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial leadership with multi-functional responsibilities.
• Five years of management experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including retail and wholesale sales, production, installation, and service.
• Direct recruitment, training and development of store staff.
• Manage safety, DOT compliance and accounting processes.
