Job summary

VF is seeking an on-site role to monitor end-to-end production across a portfolio of factories, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand standards. The role requires frequent travel to factory sites and close collaboration with VF teams and partners to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong production operations knowledge, detail orientation, and effective communication skills to support continuous improvement and real-time decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production operations or technical roles.
• Experience working with overseas factories and multi-cultural factory management teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin) are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end production across factories and ensure quality standards and timelines.
• Support SOP adherence and product specifications during mass production.
• Track and report core KPIs with timely escalations.
• Resolve daily production issues with VF functions and factory partners.
• Validate production planning to achieve OTP targets.
• Make real-time production decisions including line balancing and automation recommendations.
• Supervise production start-up for high-risk styles with QM.
• Support Sourcing Ops in social/environmental compliance actions.
• Provide on-the-ground support for automation adoption and process changes.
• Prepare production reports and insights for management.
• Assist QA in root cause analysis and CAP reviews for quality claims.
