VF Corporation is seeking a Mold Engineer to drive design and development of production molds for its footwear brands. You will lead from concept through release, ensuring manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality across global programs.

Work closely with Brand Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Materials teams. Travel to partner factories in Asia and beyond to support tooling and production readiness while aligning with VF Responsible Materials goals.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience with footwear mold/tooling engineering or component development is preferred.
• Ability to work across global brands and supply chains.

Aufgaben

• Lead mold design and development from concept through production release.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with brand requirements.
• Collaborate with tooling vendors and manufacturers to meet quality, lead-time, and cost targets.
• Provide technical expertise in mold construction, CAD design, and production methods.
• Execute mold trials, testing, and validation with factories and QA teams.
• Support sustainability by applying low-impact tooling methods.
• Travel to Asia and other regions to support mold development and production readiness.
