DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Operations to lead a global manufacturing and supply chain organization. This executive role reports to the CEO and drives operational performance, scalability, and long-term growth across international facilities.

You will oversee end-to-end operations including manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, and inventory management, building high-performing teams and delivering transformational change.

Our client, a growing global manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Operations to join its executive leadership team and lead a complex international manufacturing and supply chain organization. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for driving operational performance, scalability, and long-term growth across a global footprint.

This leader will oversee end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, and operational excellence initiatives across multiple domestic and international facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of improving operational performance, building high-performing teams, and leading transformational change within a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Own

• Lead global manufacturing and supply chain operations across a multi-site international network.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
• Lead S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, sourcing, procurement, and logistics functions.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to align commercial objectives with operational capabilities.
• Evaluate opportunities related to automation, capacity expansion, operational investments, and strategic growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site manufacturing operations, including international facilities.
• Deep experience across manufacturing, sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of driving operational improvements and organizational transformation.
• Executive presence with experience partnering directly with CEOs and senior leadership teams.
• Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence experience is highly preferred.
