Qualifications

• Experience in production operations or technical roles (2–3 years).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring end-to-end production activities across factories.
• Assist in Risk Assessment and Pre-Production meetings; gather data and identify risks.
• Track and report core KPIs; escalate deviations.
• Resolve daily production-related issues with VF functions and factory partners.
• Validate factory production planning to achieve OTP targets.
• Make real-time production decisions including line balancing and automation recommendations.
• Supervise production startup for high-risk styles with QM; ensure brand quality.
• Support Responsible Sourcing Ops in social/environmental compliance actions.
• Provide on-the-ground support for automation adoption and process changes.
• Prepare production reports and insights for management.
• Assist QA with root cause analysis and CAP reviews.
