Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a Layout Engineer to lead end-to-end site and factory layout management, integrating production systems, material flow, and facility design for scalable manufacturing. You will drive PFEP integration, data-driven space optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 7+ years in site/factory layout planning in large-scale environments, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
7+ years of site/factory layout planning or industrial engineering experience.
Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments (e.g., automotive, energy, heavy industry).
Strong understanding of site planning, material flow, and facility design principles.

Responsibilities

Lead factory layout design across manufacturing lines, warehouses, and material flow.
Develop long-term site master plans to support capacity expansion.
Define and implement layout governance, standards, and processes.
Create and maintain 2D/3D layouts aligned with POR and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Perform data-driven analysis to optimize space utilization and throughput.
