Job summary
Mach Industries is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer to lead the design and optimization of manufacturing systems across our Huntington Beach, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Victorville sites.
The role will be the technical authority for industrial engineering, factory planning, material flow, and production system design, partnering with Manufacturing, Production, Automation, Supply Chain, Facilities, Quality, and EHS to establish company-wide standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 8+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or factory planning.
- Experience designing or scaling complex manufacturing facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, takt time, cycle time, WIP and bottleneck analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Mach's technical authority for industrial engineering, factory planning, material flow, logistics, and production system design.
- Lead industrial engineering and factory planning across Mach facilities, focusing on Huntington Beach, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Victorville.
- Own site-level and cross-site factory layout strategy, including production areas and material flow.
- Develop factory master plans translating demand into space, equipment, labor, and infrastructure.
